Davis Tech Senior Scholarship

High school seniors can begin applying for the Davis Tech High School Senior Scholarship now! This scholarship is for current Davis Tech students or students who plan to start at Davis Tech prior to high school graduation.  All they need to do is complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA. They do not need to do a separate scholarship application, as one will be created for them once the FAFSA is received as long as they have been accepted to a Davis Tech program.  The 2025-2026 FAFSA must be received by March 31, 2025 to qualify. If they have not yet started their program, they must begin attendance prior to high school graduation.

FAFSA

The FAFSA is used to determine your eligibility for federal aid. You will need your parents’ information and their signature before submitting the FAFSA.

Here is what you will need before starting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA):

  • STUDENTAID.GOV:  The Studentaid.gov account will create a username to log in to U.S. Dept of Education websites.  You will need your own ID to apply for the FAFSA.

  • Your social security number:  You will need your Social Security Number (SSN), as well as your parents SSNs. If you are not a U.S. citizen, but will qualify as an eligible non-citizen, you will need your Alien Registration number.  If your parents do not have an SSN, they can still receive an FSA ID, as well as complete the FAFSA.

  • Your driver's license number (if you have one)

  • The specified year's tax records, including w-2's, untaxed income, and assets

  • 2 or 3 schools in which to send the FAFSA
